Into our lives he came
Offerings of unconditional love
Greeter of all with his welcoming ways
Has been sent to the heavens above.

Missing him will be great
The emptiness profound
May he rest peacefully
As he walks the higher ground.

Your life has given to many
In that we all can trust
You will be forever missed
This is our ode to Gus.



Very saddened to hear Gus passed.  He had a wonderful, easy going personality.  Last time I saw him it was about 95 degrees outside but he was warming himself on the thin computer that barely supported his body. Rest In Peace Gus!!

He was such a cool laid-back ol' cat who just totally ignored the nosey noses of the curious dogs with disdain as only a cool laid-back ol' cat can do!  Betcha you all miss him!

I am so sorry to hear about Gus. He always made me feel happy to see him as he looked just like one of my first cats. I will miss seeing him.
